The present invention provides a hybrid drive device. A clutch (K0) in an input unit (94) of this hybrid drive device comprises an inner friction plate (17) and an outer friction plate (19) which are disposed in the air inside of a housing case (26). An engine driven oil pump (380) is provided which generates, by means of the drive force of an internal combustion engine, hydraulic pressure for scattering a lubricant from the center side of the clutch (K0) and supplying said lubricant to a lubricant path (a61-a63) which lubricates said clutch (K0). During starting of a vehicle which requires a particularly large amount of lubricant and which uses the drive force of an internal combustion engine, the drive of the internal combustion engine can generate a sufficient amount of lubricant to the clutch (K0) by means of the engine driven oil pump (380), ensuring cooling performance of the clutch (K0).
