The invention discloses a streamlined distributing gas-liquid mass transfer element and relates to gas-liquid mass transfer equipment in the industrial field of chemical engineering and the like. According to the novel gas-liquid mass transfer element, a traditional circle or rectangle is replaced by a streamlined shape, distributing fins are arranged beside tooth slots or holes which are used for the passing of gas on the element, and the tooth slots or the holes and the distributing fins are not uniformly distributed, so as to push liquid to uniformly and steadily flow to the maximum degree when the gas passes through the tooth slots or the holes. By using the gas-liquid mass transfer element, the obstruction and disturbance borne by fluid can be reduced when the fluid flows through a gas-liquid contact element, liquid level drop is reduced, and the phenomena of flowing vortices and stagnation of the fluid on a tower plate are reduced or eliminated, so that materials are pushed to uniformly and steadily flow on the tower plate and uniform mass transferring of gas and liquid is promoted, so that the efficiency of the tower plate and the production capability can be improved.
