The invention relates to an image forming device, an image developing device and a processing card box. An optical sensor (75) is provided, light is irradiated on the outer circumferential face of an image developing roller (51) which is an image developing agent bearing body in an image area, light reflected in a recessed part (51a1) and light reflected in a convex part are accepted, the recessed part and the convex part that are formed on the outer circumferential face of the image developing agent bearing body are different in size, and periodical image density unevenness can be difficultly generated by a color matching agent formed on an image bearing body.
