The invention discloses a foldable joint. The foldable joint comprises a pivoting piece, a clamping piece and two connecting pieces, wherein one ends of the connecting pieces extend to form connecting parts; the two connecting parts are respectively pivoted with the two ends of the pivoting piece; an accommodating area is in the pivoting piece; the clamping piece is accommodated in the accommodating area in the pivoting shaft direction of the pivoting piece in a sliding manner so as to be selectively clamped with or separated from the connecting pieces; when the clamping piece is separated from the connecting pieces; the connecting pieces can pivot relative to the pivoting piece and then fold the foldable joint. The foldable joint disclosed by the invention can achieve the folding of a framework, and is simple in structure and convenient to operate. The invention further discloses the framework with the foldable joint.
