To provide a two-wheeled motor vehicle having a main stand capable of suppressing enlargement of a rear portion of a vehicle body and achieving a vehicle body with a low center of gravity. A two-wheeled motor vehicle includes a rear arm 6 arranged to extend in a fore-and-aft direction at the rear of an engine 21; a main stand 26 having paired support legs 27 and 28 that extend in the fore-and-aft direction below the rear arm 6 and are spaced away from each other in the vehicle width direction; and a muffler 24 for expanding exhaust gas flowing from an exhaust pipe 23 in its inside. A rear portion 24e of the muffler 24 is positioned below the rear arm 6 as well as between a rear wheel 8 and pivot support plates 4 and 5. Moreover, the rear portion 24e is positioned between the paired support legs 27 and 28 arranged to extend in the fore-and-aft direction, in a plane view of the muffler 24 and the main stand 26.
