The invention discloses a preparation method for a dry method revolving furnace pipe in nuclear energy industry. The furnace pipe is formed through adopting the integral cold drawing manner; the formed furnace pipe barrel body is processed by an aligning machine; flange blanks are welded with the barrel body in a pairing manner; shoveling plates and rib plates at the two ends are subjected to group-welding; the excircles and the sealing surfaces of the flanges are processed for forming; the bolt holes of the flanges are processed, and the shoveling plates are connected through rivets. The furnace pipe comprises a barrel body, flanges at the two ends of the barrel body, and the shoveling plates uniformly distributed on the inner wall of the barrel body, wherein the barrel body is formed through integral cold drawing; the rib plates in the barrel body are welded onto the inner walls of the two end openings of the barrel body; annular plates are welded with the shoveling plates in a pairing manner and are uniformly distributed in the longitudinal direction of the shoveling plates; the shoveling plates and the rib plates are connected through rivets. According to the preparation method, the integral cast expensive in cost and the sheet metal technology easy to cause corrosion are abandoned, and through adopting the furnace pipe integral cold drawing, the straightness and the roundness of a prepared furnace pipe barrel body can completely meet the quality requirements for the dry method revolving furnace pipes in nuclear energy industry; moreover, as the shoveling plates adopt a detachable rivet connection structure, the problems such as the shoveling plates are difficult to weld and easy to corrode are solved, and the shovelling plates are convenient to replace.
