A personal care article, such as a toothbrush handle having an inner cavity. The invention comprises an end, a connection end, an outer face, an inner cavity and a longitudal axial line. The said cavity contains a surface with limited section. The cavity also contains two adjacent sections along with the longitudal axial line. The outer face section size is also controlled within a size. The wall of the brush is constituted by the surface of the said face and the surface of the inner cavity. The brush handle comprises another single component as well, which goes along at least 50% the length of the handle, and the difference value between the side of the surface and that of the surface of the inner cavity varies below 25%.
