The invention provides a multifunctional electrolytic aluminum crust-breaking air actuated control system and belongs to the technical field of electrolytic aluminum. According to the traditional electrolytic aluminum crust-breaking air actuated control system, less functions are available and the crust breaking time is fixed, so a crust breaking cylinder withdraws only after time runs out no matter whether an aluminum crust is broken or not; the internal pressure of the system cannot be regulated automatically, which results in waste of high-pressure air in the system; the crust-breaking reliability is low, and after the aluminum crust is broken, if the crust breaking time does not run out, a crust breaking hammer still stays in liquid aluminum, which affects the quality of the liquid aluminum. When the multifunctional electrolytic aluminum crust-breaking pneumatic control system is adopted to break crusts, pressure in the system rises automatically to reach the aluminum crust breaking purpose according to different thicknesses of the aluminum crusts; after the aluminum crusts are broken, the crust breaking cylinder is capable of withdrawing quickly and the crust breaking hammer is prevented from staying in the liquid aluminum for a long time and affecting the quality of the liquid aluminum and also can avoid waste; if the aluminum crusts still are not broken when the pressure in the system rises to the pressure of a gas source, the crust breaking cylinder withdraws quickly, and meanwhile, the system gives an alarm signal, and therefore, the reliability and safety of the system are improved.
