The invention discloses a coverage statistical analysis method for anemometer towers. The coverage statistical analysis method mainly includes steps of selecting one of the anemometer towers in a to-be-measured area as an anemometer tower to be calculated; measuring wind speed of other anemometer towers in the to-be-measured area in real time, respectively calculating the wind speed of the anemometer tower to be calculated, and analyzing whether the wind speed at the location of the anemometer tower to be calculated can be acquired by calculating the real-time wind speed of the other anemometer towers or not; determining resolution ratio of an anemometry network corresponding to the to-be-measured area according to an analysis result acquired after calculating whether the wind speed at the location of the anemometer tower to be calculated can be acquired by calculating the real-time wind speed of the other anemometer towers or not. The coverage statistical analysis method can overcome the defects of small application range, low site selecting efficiency, high construction cost and the like in the prior art, and has the advantages of large application range, high site selecting efficiency and low construction cost.
