A suspension device includes a shock absorber body including an inner tube and an outer tube that allows the inner tube to be inserted therethrough in a freely slidable manner; one or more guide rods parallel to the inner tube, the one or more guide rods each having an upper end portion fixed to an upper end portion of the inner tube through an intermediation of a bracket; and a guide member mounted to an opening portion of the outer tube on a side on which the inner tube is inserted, for axially supporting a lower end side of the one or more guide rods passing through the guide member in a freely slidable manner.
