The invention provides a surface bonding fastener. The surface bonding fastener comprises a first member and a second member, wherein the first member comprises a base material, a first sealing mechanism arranged on one of the surfaces of the base material and a first bonding mechanism formed on the surface of the base material; the second member comprises a base material, a second sealing mechanism formed on one of the surfaces of the base material and used for forming sealing engagement with the first sealing mechanism and a second bonding mechanism formed on the surface of the base material and used for forming mechanical engagement with the first bonding mechanism; therefore, sealing function is achieved through the sealing engagement of the first sealing mechanism and the second sealing mechanism and bonding function can be achieved through the mechanical engagement of the first bonding mechanism and the second bonding mechanism. The invention further provides a repeatable-sealing container with the surface bonding fastener.
