By means of the electric car charging facility proportional allocation system and method, the optimal aggregative indicator of a network distribution total load serves as a target, proportional allocations are carried out on different charging modes of an electric car, the best allocation proportions, corresponding to the different charging modes, of the charging facilities can be obtained in cooperation with capacity data of the charging facilities, the allocation system is accurate and good in efficiency, and the proportional allocations can be carried out according to actual conditions of different areas.
