The invention relates to a novel weaving method of nylon filter cloth. The improved weaving method (pore-free weaving method) avoids the appearance of intercrossing of four wires in a cross point of warp and weft, and thus the forming of large pores is avoided. The cross point of warp and weft is formed by intercrossing two neighboring warps and a weft between the two warps or two neighboring wefts and a warp between the two wefts. The invention also discloses a novel filter material (especially a filter cloth) prepared by weaving nylon fibers especially fine denier nylon fibers through the novel weaving method mentioned above, and also relates to an application of the nylon filter cloth in solid-liquid separation. The weaving method eliminates the large pores formed by intercrossing of warps and wefts and thus reduces the risk of non-filtering.
