本发明得到一种偏光透镜，其耐冲击性、外观以及抗眼疲劳优异，且成形时的色调和透射率的变化少。将聚乙烯醇膜拉伸，用二色性色素染色，在双面利用粘接层贴合芳香族聚碳酸酯片，然后弯曲成球面或者非球面，得到偏光片，将该偏光片插入模具内，注射芳香族聚碳酸酯进行成形，得到偏光透镜，在该偏光透镜中，使二色性色素从聚乙烯醇膜的表面渗入的区域为聚乙烯醇膜厚度的四分之一以下。

In order to obtain a polarizing lens which exhibits excellent impact resistance, external appearance, and eye strain prevention, and exhibits little variation in transmittance and colour tone during formation, a polarising lens is formed by stretching a polyvinyl alcohol film and dyeing same with dichroic dye, bonding an aromatic polycarbonate sheet to both surfaces of the film by means of an adhesive layer, and then inserting a polarising sheet, bent to have a spherical or non-spherical surface, inside a metal mold, and injecting aromatic polycarbonate. Therein, the area into which the dichroic dye seeps from the surface of the polyvinyl alcohol film is not more than a quarter of the thickness of the polyvinyl film.
