本发明公开了一种高强度高韧性抗H2S腐蚀油管，其材料化学成分的质量百分含量包括：C0.158%～0.0.167%、Si0.298%～0.322%、Mn0.499%～0.514%、Cr0.98%～1.12%、Mo0.377%～0.405%、P≤0.018%、S≤0.01%、V0.051%～0.054%、Ti0.011%～0.017%、Al0.016%～0.021%，其余为Fe，质量分数共计为100%。本发明还公开了一种高强度高韧性抗H2S腐蚀油管的制备方法，包括：炼钢生产、钢的轧制和轧态钢热处理。本发明的高强度高韧性抗H2S腐蚀油管具有较高的抗H2S腐蚀性能。

The invention discloses a high-strength and high-toughness H2S corrosion resistant oil tube. The oil tube comprises, by mass, 0.158-0.167% of C, 0.298-0.322% of Si, 0.499-0.514% of Mn, 0.98-1.12% of Cr, 0.377-0.405% of Mo, 0.018% or less of P, 0.01% or less of S, 0.051-0.054% of V, 0.011-0.017% of Ti, 0.016-0.021% of Al, and the balance Fe, and the sum of the mass fractions of the above components is 100%. The invention also discloses a making method of the high-strength and high-toughness H2S corrosion resistant oil tube. The method comprises the steps of steelmaking production, steel rolling and rolled steel heat treatment. The high-strength and high-toughness H2S corrosion resistant oil tube has a high H2S corrosion resistance.
