The invention provides an electric power telecommunication network message prior forwarding method. The method includes the following steps of determining that a data frame is in an input port and an output port in a switching machine; identifying a prior forwarded Ethernet data frame; forwarding the prior forwarding message to a special queue of the output port; forwarding the prior forwarding message. By means of message type identification and the special output queue, a mapping relation between the priority of a business message and a priority queue of a switch is not required to be considered, the message can be output to an absolutely prior forwarding queue directly, the message is prevented from sharing the output queue with other messages, and prior forwarding of the message is guaranteed. By means of the method, only corresponding message identification and forwarding configuration are required to be conducted on the switch, port priority of the switch is not required to be configured, business message priority on an intelligent device is not required to be configured, and project operation is simplified.
