The invention provides a rapid water content analyzer, the rapid water content analyzer comprises measuring electrodes, an acquisition module, a control acquisition module, a lifting platform and a step motor, the number of the measuring electrodes is two, the measuring electrodes extend into a sample barrel for measurement of a sample, the acquisition module is connected with the measuring electrodes for acquisition of signal changes between the two measuring electrodes and transmitting the signal changes to the control acquisition module, the signal changes are produced due to medium changes, the sample barrel is placed on the lifting platform, the step motor is connected with the lifting platform to drive the lifting platform to rise, so that the measuring electrodes gradually insert into the sample, and enable the step motor to rotate reversely after the measurement and the lifting platform to return to the initial position.
