The invention provides complex fibers for asphalt concrete. The complex fibers for the asphalt concrete are formed by mixing the following raw materials in parts by weight: 37%-43% of lignin fibers, 18%-22% of polyester fibers and 39%-42% of basalt fibers. The mixing amount of the complex fibers in the asphalt concrete is 0.29%-0.31%. After the complex fibers are applied to the asphalt concrete, the pavement performances of the mixture can be obviously improved; compared with a single-fiber asphalt mixture, the complex fiber asphalt mixture has the advantages that all the pavement performances of the complex fiber asphalt mixture are more balanced, and the complex fiber asphalt mixture is higher in cost performance; compared with an SBS (Styrene Butadiene Styrene) asphalt mixture, the complex fiber asphalt mixture has the advantages that a construction technology is simpler, and the complex fiber asphalt mixture is higher in cost performance.
