According to the technical scheme, the one-time clamping precision measuring instrument for the microohm resistor and the insulation resistor of the clock spring cable is composed of a clock spring cable assembly tool, a measuring circuit and a master controller; the clock spring cable assembly tool is used for enabling a detected cable and the measuring circuit to be connected, the control signal output end of the master controller is connected with the control signal input end of the measuring circuit, and the signal input end of the master controller is connected with the voltage signal output end of the measuring circuit. The one-time clamping precision measuring instrument has the advantages of being low in cost, high in measuring speed, high in precision and few in working procedure.
