The invention provides an anthracene compound which is used as a fluorescent main body material, a hole injection material or a hole-transport material and an application of the anthracene compound, and an organic light-emitting device containing an organic light-emitting compound. The molecular structure formula of the anthracene compound is shown in the specification, wherein R radical is selected from a series of radicals with the carbon atom number of 6-19, such as aryl, condensed ring aryl, aromatic heterocyclic radical or substituted aromatic heterocyclic radical. The organic compound has very good heat stability and is an efficient and long-service-life material.
