The invention discloses a method for actively controlling concrete creep by virtue of elastic modulus of mineral admixtures. The method comprises the following steps: 1, extracting raw materials, namely selecting cement and the mineral admixtures, which meet the project requirements according to the region in which a project is carried out, wherein the mineral admixtures mainly include primary coal ash, secondary coal ash, S105 ground slag and S95 ground slag; 2, performing experimental detection, namely testing elastic modulus of the cement, coal ash particles and slag particles, and performing an interface bonding experiment of the mineral admixtures and a base body; and 3, performing an active control design of the concrete creep. According to the method, the required mineral admixtures are selected by a nanoindentation test technology according to the creep control needs; when the creep needs to be increased, the mineral admixture with the elastic modulus lower than that of the cement particles is selected and used; when the creep needs to be reduced, the mineral admixture with the elastic modulus higher than that of the cement particles is selected and used; neat cement pastes with different mixing amounts are prepared; the interface bonding situation is observed by an SEM (scanning electron microscope) after the predetermined maintenance time; the critical mixing amount which cannot influence the interface bonding is determined.
