The invention relates to a ramie chain type continuous waste-free degumming fiber separation method which comprises the following steps: waste alkali bath, anaerobic circulation, aerobic circulation, alkali and peroxide one-bath process, fiber separation washing and biological enzyme wash, wherein the waste alkali bath step refers to soaking raw ramie by using alkali wastewater discharged by the alkali and peroxide one-bath process; the anaerobic circulation step refers to soaking the raw ramie subjected to the waste alkali bath in water in an anaerobic tank; the aerobic circulation step refers to soaking the raw ramie subjected to the anaerobic circulation in water in an aerobic tank; the alkali and peroxide one-bath step refers to soaking the raw ramie subjected to the aerobic circulation in the solution containing 1-10g/L of NaOH and 0-2g/L of H2O2 and reacting at the temperature of 70-100 DEG C for 2 hours; the fiber separation washing step comprises the sub-steps of treating the raw ramie subjected to the alkali and peroxide one-bath treatment by adopting fiber separation washing equipment, soaking the raw ramie in a solution with the cellulase concentration being 5-30U and reacting at the temperature of 55 DEG C for 2 hours, wherein the soaking bath ratio is 1:(15-25). The ramie degumming process and the degummed wastewater treatment are performed integrally, the treated degumming wastewater is totally recycled, and sewage discharge is avoided.
