The disk drawing machine comprises a support disk, support legs, a rotation disk, an inner claw, a rotation rod, a handle, pre-tensioning bolts, a torsion spring and a pressing spring, wherein the support disk is shaped as a regular disk; the support legs are mounted on three pairs of support leg mounting lugs at the edge of the bottom surface respectively; the pre-tensioning bolts are mounted on the upper ends of the support legs; the rotation disk consists of a regular triangle disk upper part and a cylindrical disk lower part; the inner claw is bent, mounted on an inner claw mounting lug of the disk upper part of the rotation disk and hinged with the inner claw mounting lug; the rotation rod is a thread rod with a rod head; the rotation rod is mounted in a thread hole in the center of the support disk; the lower end of the rotation rod penetrates through a rotation rod mounting hole in the center of the rotation disk and is fixedly connected with the rotation disk; the handle is mounted in a handle mounting hole of the rotation rod.
