The experimental baking room comprises a fire coal heating chamber, a tobacco leaf baking chamber and a baking buffering chamber, tobacco feeding doors are arranged in the wall, contacting with the outdoor, of the baking buffering chamber, a connection wall between the baking buffering chamber and the tobacco leaf baking chamber is a heat insulation plate, slide doors are arranged on the heat insulation door, wet drainage ports are formed in the wall, contacting with the outdoor, of the tobacco leaf baking chamber, a hot air port is formed in the top of a connection wall between the tobacco baking chamber and the fire coal heating chamber, an air return port is formed in the bottom of the connection wall between the tobacco leaf baking chamber and the fire coal heating chamber, and cold air ports are formed in the wall, contacting with the outdoor, of the fire coal heating chamber. The experimental baking room can be used for normally baking tobacco leaves in fields, and can be used for sampling experimental tobacco leaves during baking. In the experimental tobacco leaf sampling process, tobacco leaf samples in different baking stages of the tobacco leaves can be observed and sampled for analyzing at any time.
