Through studying the communication principle and the communication requirement of an electric automobile off-board conduction type charge and discharge machine and a battery management system, the charge and discharge control method applicable to the communication is provided for realizing the dispatching management of electric automobile charge and discharge operation, an electric automobile is enabled to be reliably and flexibly connected into an electric network to realize charge and discharge, and meanwhile, the electric network side load predication and load regulation characteristic demands are favorably met.
