The invention provides a wind energy prediction system with parameters capable of being input at will. The wind energy prediction system comprises a historical data input module, a historical data conversion module, a data classification module, a training data input module, a training module, a verification data input module, a prediction module, a selection module and a normalized data conversion module. By the adoption of the wind energy prediction system, various data can be integrated, a user can input various parameters, and a prediction model for a certain region is generated after historical data are normalized and analyzed; a method is simple and reliable, wind energy in a short period in the future can be predicated, and therefore the maximum wind energy parameter and the minimum wind energy parameter and the variation range of the wind energy parameters can be provided. By the adoption of the method, the standby capacity of a power grid is reduced, the quality of wind power generation is improved, and the value of the wind power generation is increased.
