The invention provides a breath-synchronized oxygen output control system and a control method. The system comprises a temperature sensor connected with a singlechip microcomputer in a breathing mask, a singlechip microcomputer control system, a storing device connected with an oxygen input end, and an oxygen output air valve controlled by the singlechip microcomputer, wherein the temperature sensor can transmit the breathing motion signals of a human to the singlechip microcomputer, the singlechip microcomputer controls the oxygen output air valve to be started and closed according to the signals, so that the oxygen output is synchronized with the breathing motion of the human, and an oxygen is stored in the oxygen storing device when the air valve is closed. According to the breath-synchronized oxygen output control system, the breathing signals of the human body are acquired by the singlechip microcomputer to control a switch at the oxygen output end, so that the synchronization between the oxygen output and the breathing of the human body can be realized, the waste of the oxygen can be maximally prevented, the output of the oxygen can be optimized, and the stability is high; and specifically, the breath-synchronized oxygen output control system is suitable for the oxygen output control of battery powered oxygen machines with small power, which are utilized by either persons or families.
