The invention relates to a cleaner for cleaning insulators in an electrified state, which comprises a gas source generating device, a gas conduit and at least one disk brush. A gas inlet at one end of the gas conduit is communicated with a gas outlet of the gas source generating device; a gas outlet at the other end of the gas conduit is opposite to the disk brushes; the gas conduit is arranged in an insulating operation rod; a connector is arranged at the gas outlet of the gas conduit and on the insulating rod; the disk brushes are movably connected with the connector by rotating shafts; the connector is movably connected with the insulating rod. According to the invention, the insulators can be effectively cleaned; working safety is greatly improved; working intensity of an operator is reduced; the cleaner takes effects of reducing labor, improving efficiency and the like.
