The invention relates to a battery mandrel feeding mechanism which comprises a mandrel preparing mechanism and a mandrel taking mechanism; the mandrel preparing mechanism comprises a magazine which is used for containing a battery mandrel, a rotary roll, a first motor, a positioning pin, a second motor, a first cylinder and a test element; the rotary roll is arranged near the magazine; a magnetic structure which is used for suctioning the battery mandrel is arranged on the rotary roll; the first motor is coupled to the rotary roll; the first cylinder is coupled to the positioning pin; the second motor is coupled to the positioning pin; the test element is matched with the rotary roll, so as to test whether the battery mandrel is adsorbed on the rotary roll or not or whether the gap of the battery mandrel reaches a preset position or not; the mandrel taking mechanism comprises a taking clip and a taking clip moving device which is coupled to the taking clip; the taking station of the taking clip corresponds to the working station of the positioning pin. Winding equipment comprises the battery mandrel feeding mechanism. The battery mandrel feeding mechanism can take and feed the mandrel automatically, efficiently and reliably.
