The invention provides a grouting anchor cable. The grouting anchor cable comprises a steel strand, a tray connected with the steel strand and a grouting end which is located on one side of the tray and connected with the steel strand through a lock. The steel strand comprises a plurality of steel ropes which are rotated and twisted in opposite directions to be closely attached to one another. A cavity is formed in the steel strand, a steel core wire which runs through the steel strand from one end to the other end is arranged inside the cavity, and the steel core wire is fixedly connected to the grouting end. According to the grouting anchor cable, the steel core wire is additionally arranged in the steel strand, so that the strength of the anchor cable is increased substantially, the steel ropes are closely attached to one another and are the same in elongation, good deformation compatibility enables all the steel ropes to bear a load jointly, and it is prevented that uneven stress causes the steel strand to be snapped.
