The invention relates to a jacquard mechanism for a circular loom. The jacquard mechanism comprises a grooved cam, a heald rod and a frame, wherein the grooved cam comprises a rotary surface, a curve-like groove is formed in the rotary surface, a heald eye is formed at the upper end of the heald rod, a heald selection electromagnet is arranged in the frame, the heald rod is arranged between the rotary surface of the grooved cam and the heald selection electromagnet, a swing rod is arranged between the heald selection electromagnet and the heald rod, a rotating shaft connected with the frame is arranged at the middle part of the swing rod, the lower part of the swing rod is connected with an armature, a hanging hook is convexly arranged at the lower end of the swing rod to the direction of the heald rod, a step is convexly arranged at the lower part of the heald rod along the periphery, a heald lifting rod is arranged below the lower end of the heald rod, a sliding block is connected on the heald lifting rod, and the sliding block extends into the groove in the rotary surface of the grooved cam. The swing rod controlled by the heald selection electromagnet utilizes the swing rod to change the dropping time of the heald rod, so that warp controlled by a program of an upper computer can open at the upper part and the lower part, a shuttle can synchronously pass in warp openings, weft is further introduced, and the upper warp and the lower warp alternate continuously to form a jacquard textile or a multi-layer three-dimensional tubular textile.
