The invention provides a code matching method and system of a wireless remote control device. The code matching method comprises the following steps: generating a radio frequency communication mark in a radio frequency transmission module by utilizing NFC (Noise Feedback Coding) near field communication; storing the radio frequency communication mark in an NFC label; reading the radio frequency communication mark stored in the NFC label by an NFC reading unit arranged in the radio frequency transmission module; and sending the read radio frequency communication mark to a radio frequency identification control module so that the radio frequency identification control module and the radio frequency transmission module perform communication by taking the radio frequency communication mark as an only communication mark, so as to finish a code matching process. According to the method and the system, the NFC near field communication is used for finishing the code matching process and the interferences on signals with the same frequencies in the environment are avoided, so that the code matching effect can be obtained and the convenience for carrying out code matching on the remote control device by a user is provided.
