The invention provides an event message processing method and an event message processing device of a Genesys platform. The method comprises the following steps of obtaining event messages of the Genesys platform; identifying the event messages according to relevant characteristic of a business logic for intercepting event messages irrelevant to the business logic; sending event messages relevant to the business logic to a business system. Before the event messages of the Genesys platform are sent to the business system, the event messages are identified according to the relevant characteristic of the business logic for intercepting the event messages irrelevant to the business logic, and only the identified event messages relevant to the business logic are sent to the business system, so that the interference caused by a mass of event messages irrelevant to the business logic to the business system is avoided, and the normal business deployment is facilitated.
