The invention discloses a bottle lifting device which comprises a steel ring used for containing a bottle and a lifting handle. The outer portion of the steel ring used for containing the bottle is looser than the inner portion of the steel ring used for containing the bottle, therefore, the neck portion of the bottle is placed into the steel ring in a clamping mode and an operator can carry the bottle by lifting the lifting handle.
