The invention discloses a rotary hot melting adhesive pre-cutting labeling machine which comprises an electric control cabinet and a rack, and is characterized in that a main shaft is arranged at the center of the rack, a bottle pressing head, bottle fixing discs, bottle supporting rotary discs and a main transmission part are sequentially sleeved on the main shaft from top to bottom, a bottle guiding assembly and a bottle discharging assembly are arranged below the bottle supporting rotary discs, the bottle guiding assembly, the bottle discharging assembly and the main transmission part are linked through gears, label boxes, a second hot melting chassis and a first hot melting chassis are sequentially arranged outside the bottle supporting rotary discs along the clockwise direction, the label boxes are fixed on the rack through bolts and are corresponding to the bottle supporting rotary discs, and the first hot melting chassis and the second hot melting chassis are fixed on the rack through bolts and respectively clung to the bottle supporting rotary discs. Two hot melting adhesive boxes which are completely and automatically developed and researched are adopted for replacing common hot melting adhesive boxes which are outsourced, so that the rotary hot melting adhesive pre-cutting labeling machine is simpler in structure, simpler in control over the hot melting adhesive boxes, more automatic and flexible in a control system of the whole machine, compact in structure and high in production efficiency.
