The locking device consists of a bracket, a rivet I, a nut base, a locking insert, a nut shell, a rivet II and a mounting hole, wherein the bracket is of an L shape, and the mounting hole is formed in one side surface of the L shape; the nut base is fixed on the surface of the bracket corresponding to the mounting hole through the rivet I and the rivet II, and an ear hole I and an ear hole II are formed at the opposite two ends of the nut base; the locking insert and the nut shell are in close fit together in a stamping mode; a side ear I and a side ear II are arranged on the two opposite sides of the nut shell and are matched with the ear hole I and ear hole II on the two sides of the nut base; the locking insert and the nut shell in close fit are fastened with the nut base, a certain moving amount is reserved between the side ear I and side ear II on the two sides of the nut shell and the ear hole I and ear hole II on the nut base, and free connection with a screw can be realized. The locking device provided by the invention has a simple structure as well as the shock resistance and loosening resistance of a self-locking nut.
