An embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of communication, and discloses a target device positioning method and related equipment in a non-centralized scene. The method and the related equipment have no centralized processing center in a positioning system, when a radiation signal of a target device is not globally reachable (i.e., the radiation power of the target device is relatively small or the overall observation area is relatively large), on the premise of not increasing the total number of detection nodes in the positioning system, and by using the potential low-order characteristics of a target location matrix built by unknown target location vectors to be solved between adjacent cluster nodes and the average consistency of signal rebuilding information between the adjacent cluster nodes, accurate and efficient positioning of the target device in the non-centralized scene is realized.
