The invention relates to triketone ammonium salt compounds and a preparation method and an application thereof. With triketone compounds as raw materials, triketone ammonium salt compounds are formed in an organic solvent through organic or inorganic alkali, and the triketone ammonium salt compounds are dissolved in alkali and separated out by an acid or directly treated by an acid to obtain refined triketone compounds. The triketone ammonium salt compounds provided by the invention have the beneficial effects that the low-quality triketone compounds are refined to effectively reduce the content of harmful impurities, improve the product quality and ensure stable process and few three wastes.
