The invention provides a permanent magnetic spring rectilinear motion device which comprises an end cover, a permanent magnet, a magnetic block, a winding dynamic iron core and a base. The winding dynamic iron core is arranged inside a cavity formed by the end cover and the base and is arranged along the central axis of the cavity. The two ends of the winding dynamic iron core penetrate through a central through hole in the end cover and a central through hole in the base respectively.
