一种盐酸头孢替安内酯的制备方法。本发明提供了一种盐酸头孢替安降解过程中一个主要杂质的合成方法并经过经过经液质分析进一步确证该杂质的结构。用D-7ACA替代原料7-ACA与头孢替安的一步中间体ATC-HCl反应，经后处理得到较纯的该杂质。

The invention provides a preparation method of cefotiam hydrochloride lactone. According to the invention, a synthetic method of a main impurity in a cefotiam hydrochloride degradation process is provided, and the structure of the impurity is further confirmed through HPLC-MS (high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry) analysis. D-7ACA (deacetyl-7-amino cephalosporanic acid) is used for replacing a raw material 7-ACA (7-amino cephalosporanic acid) to react with a first-step intermediate ATC-HCl ((2-aminothiazol-4-yl)acetyl chloride) of cefotiam, and the purer impurity is obtained after post-processing.
