Disclosed are an additional-parameter transmission method and an additional-parameter transmission device of an integrated information platform and an application system. The additional-parameter transmission method includes: registering service of a service provider to a network connection central system; generating a webpage address implanted with additional parameters and a service code corresponding to the webpage address; intercepting a service call request generated by a calling party according to the service code; acquiring the webpage address after the service call request is verified and analyzing the webpage address to acquire the additional parameters. Due to the fact that the webpage address provides only one corresponding service code to correspond to the webpage address and the additional parameters are solidified and implanted into a webpage address name during generation of the webpage address, the additional parameters are effectively ensured to be accurate during transmission, convenience is brought to the system for verification of the additional parameters, and transmission security of the additional parameters can be guaranteed.
