The invention provides a bending, creeping and ageing method for an Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum-alloy plate. According to the bending, creeping and ageing method for the Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum-alloy plate, material properties better than those of the traditional artificial ageing are obtained while forming is guaranteed, and the residual stress of formed parts is effectively controlled to be within 50MPa. The method comprises the following process steps: (1) carrying out solid dissolving and quenching, carrying out heat preservation for 1-4 hours at the temperature of 465-490 DEG C, and immediately carrying out water quenching after tapping off; (2) carrying out bend loading, wherein the bending radius is 800-5,000mm; (3) creeping and ageing, wherein a first stage system comprises the step of carrying out heat preservation for 4-7 hours at the temperature of 100-140 DEG C, and a second stage system comprises the step of carrying out heat preservation for 2-24 hours at the temperature of 150-190 DEG C; (4) unloading and rebounding, thereby obtaining the formed parts in the bending radius range of 1,200-8,000mm. The method has the advantages that compared with workpieces, which are made from Al-Zn-Mg-Cu aluminum-alloy plates of the same thickness through the processing of the traditional two-stage artificial ageing systems, workpieces have the advantages that the yield strength is increased by 15-20%, the tensile strength is increased by 10-15%, the elongation percentage is increased by 70-100% and the residual stress of alloy sheets is lowered while the workpieces are formed.
