The invention discloses a phenylethyl resorcinol hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin inclusion. The phenylethyl resorcinol hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin inclusion is characterized in that a carrier loaded is phenylethyl resorcinol. The phenylethyl resorcinol hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin inclusion has the effects of skin whitening, oxidization resisting and wrinkle resisting. A preparation method of the phenylethyl resorcinol is a vacuum drying method. The inclusion is prepared from phenylethyl resorcinol and hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin based on a molar ratio of 1: (1 to 100) by the optimized inclusion process. The inclusion is high in stability and water solubility. The preparation method is simple, controllable, and high in repeatability, and can be applied to the preparation of cosmetics containing the phenylethyl resorcinol.
