The super high rotating speed safe flexible coupler comprises a flexible thin and long shaft, an external coupling spline is arranged at one end of the flexible thin and long shaft, the other end of the flexible thin and long shaft is connected with an installation locating end, the other end of the installation locating end is connected with one end of a locating plane, and the other end of the locating plane is connected with an external connection threaded shaft. The flexible coupler is suitable for the connection occasions of light loads and with the requirement for good coaxiality of a connected part, and can ensure that the connected part can rotate along with a power element in a high precision mode in the axial direction. Meanwhile, when overload of a connected load occurs, an overload protection position is fractured, so that a mechanism connected with the coupler operates more safely and reliably.
