The invention relates to a fiberglass reinforced portion cylindrical wall structure and a chimney with the same. The fiberglass reinforced portion cylindrical wall structure comprises a lining functional layer, a middle structural layer and an optional outer protective layer. The middle structural layer comprises a plurality of structural sub-layers. Each structural sub-layer comprises a structural single layer A, a structural single layer B, a structural single layer C and a structural single layer D. The thickness t of the middle structural layer is not smaller than 12mm and not larger than 40mm. The fiberglass reinforced portion cylindrical wall structure has good axial mechanical property and circumferential mechanical property, construction and quality control are convenient, and the structure is long in service life and applicable to large-sized thermal power plants.
