The invention relates to a regeneration method of activated carbon after adsorption of copper foil surface moisture and trace acids. The method is characterized in that saturated activated carbon used in a copper foil production process is allowed to go into a regeneration furnace feeding hopper through a rotary valve and is conveyed into an activated carbon regeneration furnace by a screw conveyor, and the activated carbon is in parallel-flow contact with 750-950 DEG C flue gas produced by a combustion system and is subjected to high temperature roasting regeneration; the regenerated activated carbon is screened after being cooled to reduce the temperature by a cooling screw conveyor, a screened fine part is directly packed at the bottom of a vibration sieve and is carried away by a forklift, and a screened large-particle finished product is used as a copper foil adsorbent for cyclic utilization.
