A control means (17) is provided with: a fundamental target driving force calculation means (17A) for calculating fundamental target driving force on the basis of an accelerator operation amount and a vehicle speed; a regenerative braking force calculation means (17B) for calculating regenerative braking force on the basis of a brake operation amount; a driving force limiting means (17C) for limiting the fundamental target driving force by a first change rate (alpha); a regenerative braking force limiting means (17D) for limiting the regenerative braking force by a second change rate (beta); and a target driving force calculation means (17F) for adding the fundamental target driving force limited by the driving force limiting means (17C) and the regenerative braking force limited by the regenerative braking force limiting means (17D) and determining the result thereof as target driving force to be generated from motors (4, 5). Consequently, the occurrence of a shock and so on due to a sudden change in braking force/driving force can be prevented while responsiveness corresponding to a braking request/driving request from a driver is ensured.
