The invention provides a decorative sheet that is anti-allergenic and scratch-resistant, has good processability during rolling, and to which sliding properties that are suited to the use of the sheet can be imparted. The invention relates to a decorative sheet wherein: a function layer (10) obtained from a single layer or multiple layers is provided on the surface of a backing sheet (1); the layer (8) that configures the outermost surface of the function layer is a cured coated film of a UV-curable resin composition comprising a UV-curable resin, (A) an antiallergenic agent having a compound with a structure represented by formula (1) in the backbone as an active ingredient, (B) glass beads, and (C) at least one compound from among aluminosilicate salts and non-crystalline silica-alumina, as essential components; the UV-curable resin composition contains Component (A) in the range of 2 parts by mass to 12 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the UV-curable resin; the mean particle size of Component (B) is 1/3 to 2/3 of the thickness of the cured coated film; and the mean particle size of Component (C) is thickness of the cured coated film or less.
