The invention provides a method for culturing porcine epidemic diarrhea viruses by utilizing a riptide bioreactor. The method provided by the invention sufficiently exerts the process advantages of the riptide bioreactor, optimizes the environmental condition suitable for the propagation of the porcine epidemic diarrhea viruses in a host cell and fills the technical blank of culturing the porcine epidemic diarrhea viruses by utilizing the riptide bioreactor. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the invention is increased in air flow day by day in a cell culture process, accelerates the air circulation in a system, is favorable to the overflow of CO2 contained in a culture solution and is favorable to cell growth, thereby being favorable to the propagation of viruses; in addition, the method simplifies the operation and saves the labor force by unnecessarily carrying out adsorption in the inoculating process of the viruses; besides, the method provides the sufficient nutrition for the propagation of the viruses by multiplying the content of multiple amino acids through a used concentrated nutrient solution, thereby being favorable to increasing the output of the viruses.
