The invention discloses a preparation method of an anti-chlorine salt cement-based cushion block. The method comprises the following steps of in the process of forming the anti-chlorine salt cement-based cushion block, carrying out roughness treatment on the surface of the anti-chlorine salt cement-based cushion block; for the roughness treatment on the surface of the cushion block, adopting a retarder to spray the surface of a test die; and adopting a method of using water to flush the surface until aggregate is exposed, or a method of carving grooves on the inner wall to realize die forming. The method has the advantage that the interface between the cushion block and the concrete is improved, the generation of harmful channels is greatly reduced, and the intrusion path of chloride ions is cut off, so the anti-chlorine salt performance of concrete components is ensured.
